I honestly cannot afford the $197 a month, especially if I am not going to be using it. I would like for them to please cancel my subscription. They aren't losing any money over it, and I should have been told in the beginning that should I choose to cancel, I will be charged a fee. I asked over and over if I can just cancel. I asked why I wasn't informed of the fee, and I was told that I agreed to pay $197 a month for 12 months. I emailed and asked if I can cancel my subscription, only to be told that I would have to pay a $400 "courtesy" fee if I chose to cancel. I skimmed through some videos, and decided that the teaching style and the course was not for me. There is no cancellation policy, or anything that states that there would be any consequences should I decide to cancel.
I would be charged again September 30th, however, I requested to cancel the subscription since I wouldn't be using it and I decided I didn't want to go in that direction. I checked the $197.99 box in hopes that I can check out the course, and then if I decide it's not for me, I can cancel. There were 2 payment options you can pay $1997.99 for the year, or you can pay $199.97 a month for 1 year and it claims to give unlimited access to the site and resources. I wanted to check the course out, so I signed up.

There was a free introduction video, but then you have to pay to start the courses. I saw an ad on instagram about Booming Bookkeeping Business which talks about becoming a bookkeeper and how they will provide all the training and resources to start your own bookkeeping business.
